  • Start by peeling your ripe bananas and breaking them into chunks. The riper the bananas, the sweeter your milk will be, so don’t be afraid of a few brown spots. Drop the banana pieces into your blender. Add the whole milk and water to the blender, pouring them over the bananas.
  • Next, drizzle in the maple syrup and pour in a splash of vanilla extract to bring it all together.
  • Blend on high speed for about 30 to 45 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. You can taste and adjust the sweetness if you like, depending on how ripe your bananas were to begin with.
  • Once blended, pour your banana milk into glasses, serve immediately over ice, or chill it in the fridge for later.
