Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen edamame unshelled
  • tablespoons light soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the edamame to the basket: Place the frozen edamame directly into the air fryer basket; there’s no need to thaw.
  • Air fry at high heat: Set the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Shake and season halfway: At the 5-minute mark, open the basket and shake it well to ensure the pods cook evenly. Drizzle tamari or soy sauce over the edamame, then continue cooking.
  • Season and serve: Remove the cooked edamame and finish with sea salt, sesame seeds, or any of your favorite seasonings. Serve and enjoy!
